FIRST NATIONS YOUTH TRAINING & EMPLOYMENT

NTEX has engaged with Grassroots Action Palmerston (GAP) Aboriginal Corporation to support the delivery of the Grassroots Youth Engagement pathway, offering a meaningful work program to allow disengaged indigenous youth the opportunity to build practical skills, knowledge, and confidence in a real-life employment setting.

Together we provide a holistic 10-week work program with one on one mentoring and support to select indigenous youth. Upon successful completion of the program, we provide direct pathways to employment through either our company or our extensive industry networks.

NTEX and GAP are committed to implementing pathways for disengaged and disadvantaged youth in the community to bring real generational change through employment and training opportunities.
