• Demolition of 32 x 2 Bedroom Units and associated internal services infrastructure, and reinstate the lots to a grassed finished state for future development
• A total of 2100 tonnes of waste concrete was recovered and recycled to create a type 2 aggregate material that was donated to the Top End Motorcross Club, along with 250 tonnes of recycled asphalt, to create an all-weather access road for the club
• 91% overall waste resource recovery value for the project
